FAQs about KHIMA’s e-Alerts

Question: I am not receiving KHIMA emails. How can I subscribe to the KHIMA e-alerts?

Answer:

On the khima.org website, you will see “Subscribe to our e-alerts” on the header and footer of the website.

If you receive a message that you are already subscribed, then the emails may be going to your spam folder or if you are a Gmail user they may be going to your “updates” folder.  Learn more to help resolve this issue.

If you are not seeing the emails in your spam or updates folder, then your facility network firewall or spam filter could be blocking KHIMA emails campaigns.  If this is the case, then the resolutions are:

  1. Subscribe to our e-alerts using an alternate email address instead of your work email address
  2. Ask your IT department to whitelist the KHIMA emails

Question: My facility network firewall or spam filter is blocking KHIMA emails or is preventing me from clicking on links in the email blast.
