The Kentucky Communitity of Practice (CoP) found on AHIMA's website replaces the Bulletin Board section of this website. How to Access the Kentucky CoP 1. Go to AHIMA's homepage. 2. Click on MEMBERS ONLY then COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE to take you to the home page for the Communities of Practice. For faster access, click on the CoP icon above. 3. Enter your User ID (your AHIMA membership number) and your password (your last name unless you have changed it in your member profile). 4. Click LOG ON. 5. You will then be directed to YOUR personal page or if it doesn't come up, select MY PERSONAL PAGE. 6. Click on the passport icon in the top directory labeled "Join/Visit Communities". 7. Click on the letter "G" and scroll down to find the "Geographic: Kentucky" Community. 8. Check the box to the right of "Geographic: Kentucky". 9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on JOIN COMMUNITIES. 10. Once you have joined a community, it will appear in the "My Communities" box on your Personal Page and you can click on it to visit that CoP.
