There is still time for you to take advantage of the HITECH Workforce Training Program developed by the ONC to prepare individuals with the IT and medical knowledge to function in the world of the EHR and MU. In order to take full advantage of the tuition assistance, you must start the program by September/October (depends upon the college selected).

We have posted the newest "Building Expert Trainers in Diagnosis & Procedure Coding" (Train the Trainer) that AHIMA has scheduled.
It will be in Louisville, KY August 29-31, 2012.
